Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the Kirkland Lake Area. As a Physiotherapist with CarePartners, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our team's mission to improve the patient and caregiver experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional assessments of patients in the community and in their homes
  • Develop and maintain effective Care Plans with respect to Community Health Services
  • Work with patients to set and achieve time-specific, measurable goals and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Provide active guidance for workplace Health and Safety
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, and work scheduling systems
  • Strong assessment skills and the ability to participate in effective treatment programs
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • French language skills are an asset
