Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SSZ GAS INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored, and that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Store Operations: Ensure that the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
