Construction Crew Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Crew Lead to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Construction Crew Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising a team of workers to ensure efficient completion of tasks and projects.
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including timelines and budgets.
- Identifying and addressing any safety concerns or issues on the construction site.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulations.
