Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas, identifying target accounts within the territory and building strong relationships.
- Forecast sales, maintain CRM records, and adhere to company-set KPIs.
- Provide full on-the-job training and support to ensure success in the role.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of sales success.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of territory planning and forecasting.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000, with uncapped commissions and bonuses.
