Job Summary

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of time and scheduling, as well as ongoing payroll auditing for Canada. This role requires a strong payroll background and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the team and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and changing priorities. They will be able to work well independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

About the Job

This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a top Oil & Gas client in Canada. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and managing all aspects of SAP Time and Schedule queries. You will also configure and maintain time and schedules, monitor and report on various leave balances, and participate in pay period audits and data review.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Payroll Analyst will commit to researching and responding to internal/external inquiries on a timely basis, and contribute to improving the quality of payroll services through key membership in time, schedule, and payroll projects.

Responsibilities
  • Review, coordinate, and manage all aspects of SAP Time and Schedule queries
  • Configure and maintain time and schedules

  • Commit to research and respond to internal/external inquiries
Qualifications
  • 4+ years' progressive experience working with an integrated financial and payroll system
