We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at CoffeeMill. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following recipes and special customer orders.
  • Requisition and order materials and supplies as needed.
  • Bake and decorate a variety of products, including cakes, pastries, and bread.
  • Ensure quality and presentation of all products.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
