As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and special customer orders
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Prepare special orders and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Ensure the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery and maintain inventory
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
