Bread Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bread Production Specialist to join our team at COBS Bread Cambridge North. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of bread products, including pies, rolls, and sweet goods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the high quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough for bread products according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Operate machinery
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure food safety and handling skills
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
