About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Zim Recycling. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead Sales Team
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
    • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet sales targets
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
    • Identify new business opportunities through customer referrals and networking
  • Manage Sales Operations
    • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales management
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans
    • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
