Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

At Renovatedly Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned construction professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising construction teams, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including production and other relevant metrics.
  • Recruit, hire, and train construction staff, as well as manage staffing actions.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including setting up equipment and requisitioning materials and supplies.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in residential construction.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work on site, with no option for remote work.
  • Willingness to relocate, with a preference for residential construction.
