Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Renovatedly Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in residential construction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
