Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at New Way Mortgages Corp. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Communication
    • Serve as a liaison between the office and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
    • Prepare and disseminate communication materials, such as newsletters and meeting minutes.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office activities, including financial transactions and personnel information.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years
