About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at IBI Group in Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing major projects, leading on cost management and reporting, robust change control, and maximization of project margin.

This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone with a strong background in contract administration, cost control, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out monthly project reviews on projects and forecast final outturn values for cost and margin
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors
  • Provide support to engineering teams to ensure compliance with the Contract and ensure change is captured
  • Lead on claims or dispute settlements
  • Act as a subject matter expert for a team of commercial managers
Requirements
  • MRICS preferred
  • 10+ years experience in contract administration
  • 5+ years of major infrastructure experience
  • Experience of working in joint ventures
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $134,000 - $201,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
