Key Responsibilities- Maintain hallways, floors, and stairs through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and other refuse
- Empty trash cans and waste containers regularly
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically demanding abilities, including bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Repetitive task tolerance
You will be working in an automobile dealership environment, which may include all weather conditions. You will have access to various equipment, including industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, polishing machines, and snowblowers.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, and benefits including team building opportunities and a permanent employment arrangement. The typical working hours are 30-40 hours per week. We also offer flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.
