Position DetailsWe are seeking a qualified teacher to fill a Core French 0.5/French Immersion PTM 0.5 position. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching French language and culture to students in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. A strong commitment to Catholic education and a passion for teaching are essential qualities for this role.
Qualifications and RequirementsTo be considered for this position, applicants must meet the qualifications and requirements outlined in the Education Act and Regulations. A Temporary Certificate of Registration and Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers is also required.
Priority will be given to unplaced, qualified redundant teacher applicants from the Elementary Teacher bargaining unit in order of seniority. However, we encourage applications from all certified teacher applicants and education students who meet the qualifications and requirements.
