We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Pastry Lead to join our team. As a key member of our pastry department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing staff, and maintaining efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute production schedules for baked goods
  • Lead and train a team of pastry staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Maintain quality control and ensure products meet established standards
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Schedule staff and oversee their performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with 30-44 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should be able to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure in a physically demanding environment.
