We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group.

Job Summary:

The Construction Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders on project progress and any issues that may arise
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and control project costs, including managing budgets and forecasting expenses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external partners
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
