Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at JAKU CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy.
- Work Setting: Construction.
