Job Title: Shoe Repairer

We are seeking a skilled Shoe Repairer to join our team at Canada Incorporated. As a Shoe Repairer, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining footwear and leather goods to the highest standards.

Job Summary:
  • Repair and maintain footwear and leather goods to the highest standards.
  • Meet customers to determine type of footwear to be made according to doctors' prescriptions.
  • Estimate costs and provide quotes to customers.
  • Measure customers' feet using a ruler marked in thirds.
  • Outline and cut patterns for custom footwear.
  • Repair soles, heels, and other parts of footwear.
  • Repair belts, purses, luggage, and similar products.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in shoe repair or a related field.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Work Environment:
  • Willing to relocate for this position.
