Job Title: AI Systems Developer

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced AI Systems Developer to join our team. As an AI Specialist, you'll work closely with technical leaders across IBM and drive client engagements with a curiosity that sparks innovation and learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Proof of Concept (POC) solutions to validate and highlight the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery of AI solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation and deployment of AI solutions, working closely with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and performance requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of AI solutions, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Designing and delivering AI solutions with a focus on foundation models, large language models, and exposure to open-source technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Hugging Face.
  • Understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, as well as cloud platforms and related services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comprehensive familiarity with IBM's offerings and products.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is preferred but not required.
