Job Title: Senior Director of Sales

At Tipalti, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Sales to lead our global sales efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and tactics
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a high-growth fintech environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
