  • Clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Set up displays of retail parts and accessories to showcase our products and attract customers.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts to ensure they find the right products for their needs.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Identify, label, and catalogue items received to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use to support our operations.
  • Maintain records on the inventory control system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Process incoming requisitions and ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Sell spare and replacement parts to customers to meet their needs.
  • Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
  • Reliability and dependability to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Knowledge of inventory control software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
