">This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the continuous and safe operation of our properties. You will also be responsible for supporting all exterior grounds activities, including snow removal, grass cutting, landscaping, parking garage, and other exterior area needs.
">In addition, you will submit requests for expenditures associated with repairs, upkeep, and improvement to the Director of Facilities. You will also support all sanitation processes and procedures, including rodent and pest control.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and/or six months related experience and/or training. You must also be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word) and have good verbal communication skills.
">You should be able to read and write in English and possess basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages, etc. Additionally, you must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
">Work Environment
">This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to interact effectively and positively across departmental lines and be a team player.
