Primary Care Paramedic

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care Paramedic to join our team at the City of Thunder Bay. As a Primary Care Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including ambulances, hospitals, and community clinics.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and treat patients with a range of medical conditions, including cardiac arrests, strokes, and trauma injuries.
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical techniques and technologies.
- Current certification as a Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a PCP or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
