Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading civil infrastructure projects, including buildings, ports, harbors, and bridges, from conceptual design to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cost-effective engineering designs and construction solutions for clients.
- Manage projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project summaries to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project quality.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure project excellence.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration or eligibility.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering consulting, with a focus on project management and leadership.
- Hands-on experience with design software, including SAFI, Structure Point, and WoodWorks.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
