Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill children and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
- Minimum of two years recent acute nursing experience, preferably in pediatric critical care
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
- Successful completion of a post-basic ICU course
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
