At ProColor Collision Etobicoke North, we are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components to restore the vehicle's original shape and function.
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to prepare them for painting and refinishing.
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers to restore the vehicle's original shape.
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
  • Repair or replace interior components to restore the vehicle's original condition.
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components to restore the vehicle's original function.
Requirements
  • Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification is required.
  • Attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • Accurate and efficient work habits are necessary for success in this position.
