Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our Pressure & Vacuum Division at our locations on Suncor, Syncrude, and Mackay River sites. As an Operator, you will work alongside Labourers to operate and maintain Vacuum trucks, High Pressure Water equipment, and various specialty tools. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent safety record, and ability to work in harsh weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work safely at heights up to 100 meters in a labour-intensive capacity
  • Operate and maintain Vacuum trucks, High Pressure Water equipment, and specialty tools
  • Ensure safety for all team members and property
  • Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision
  • Complete required paperwork for projects and jobs

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 or Class 3 license with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years
  • 1+ years of labour or operator experience in an industrial environment
  • Willing to get CSO certification (or combination of CSTS-09 and OSSA Regional or BSO)
  • Confined Space and Fall Protection certification an asset but not required
