Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including mail distribution, tracking leadership team's vacation schedules, compiling and maintaining contact lists, updating staff contact information, and maintaining office supplies.
- Accounting Duties: Perform general accounting duties, including billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Office Communications: Manage office communications, including answering phones, retrieving messages, and forwarding calls.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Safety Culture: Participate and contribute to the SRM safety culture.
- Service Scheduling: Help coordinate and update the service/repair schedules for the commercial fleet.
- Minimum two years of full-time experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong typing skills and knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel.
- Tactful, diplomatic, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to take the initiative to liaise with other departments and/or external sources.
- Experience with QuickBooks and BambooHR an asset.
- Experience in construction or concrete industry an asset.
