We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Westover Inn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless transitions for our guests.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local attractions.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate records, including inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Adhere to emergency and safety procedures, ensuring a secure environment for our guests and staff.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and care.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Requirements:
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.
Work Environment:

Our Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and staff on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
