About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shoshana's Day Care. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing materials.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the management of our finances, including preparing and reconciling invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with human resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

  • Computer Skills: Google Docs, Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Database software
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability, time management, adaptability
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
