- Hold a valid B.C. Professional Teaching Certificate.

- Recent successful administrator or teaching experience, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Strong understanding of curriculum and educational programs, with experience in implementing effective instructional and assessment practices.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
