Job Summary:

The Elementary Teacher will be responsible for teaching English Language Learners in a elementary school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a second language and experience working with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach English Language Learners in a elementary school setting
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of English Language Learners
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure student success
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to provide a comprehensive education
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Valid BC Teaching Certificate
  • Experience teaching English as a second language
