Job Overview

As the Senior Operations Analyst at StreetSide Developments, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiencies across the organization. Reporting to the General Manager, Operations, you will lead cross-departmental initiatives to enhance technological capabilities and streamline processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough analyses of operational job functions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reviewing and refining existing procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements, technology advancements, and software solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Providing expert guidance and support in CRM systems, including New Star and Hubspot.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and implement training programs on optimal tool usage.

Requirements

  • Information technology accreditation or similar.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in New Home Construction.
  • Previous experience using and administering CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience working with various software and industry platforms.

Work Conditions
