Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at TOUCHWOOD MOVERS. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Screen and select candidates, advising them on employment requirements and terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate interviews and notify applicants of selection results.
  • Provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures to managers and employees.
  • Supervise personnel clerks and recruit and hire staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows, electronic mail, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
