Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the physical, social, and psychological needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Current Level C CPR certification.
- One year of recent related experience in an acute care setting, with a significant labour and delivery component.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate preferred.
