About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Hangcha Forklift Canada. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to our forklift products.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring creative solutions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent technical knowledge of mechanical engineering and forklift systems, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
