Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our Provincial Critical Infrastructure Security Team, you will be responsible for conducting regular patrols and surveillance of client facilities, providing access control as needed, and responding to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in the security industry, a valid Class 5 BC Driver's License, and a clean driving abstract. You will also need to be available to work overnight shifts and possess exceptional customer service, professionalism, and communication skills.
Additional Skills and Certifications
A Mobile Security Officer with Paladin Security should have the ability to lead, plan, organize, delegate and problem-solve, as well as experience in handcuff training/use and self-defense. Advanced Security Training is preferred, but training will be provided to successful candidates. Occupational First Aid Level 2 certification is also an asset. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are also required.
Working with Paladin Security
As a member of the Paladin Security team, you will be working in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment, prioritizing tasks based on the severity of the issue and working closely with other team members to provide a high level of security for our clients.
Certification Requirements
All candidates must have a valid BC Security Licence and a valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.
