Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Bees Sentinel Services Ltd. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce regulations and maintain order in assigned areas
  • Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments
  • Operate security control room equipment
  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure a secure environment
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
  • Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
Requirements
  • Security Guard License
  • Will train
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
