Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Vermilion Car&Truck Wash/Fas Gas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task management
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers to meet sales targets
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to maintain a high level of customer service and sales performance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment with high levels of customer interaction
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods

  • Client-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
