Bobby's Sport Shop Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve sales performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
