Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Breton Family Foods. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following recipes and special customer orders
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet high standards of quality and presentation
- Supervise and assist bakery staff, ensuring efficient and safe working practices
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the sales and merchandising team to promote and sell our baked goods
- 2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
