About the Role


We are seeking a Data Scientist II to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large datasets to uncover actionable insights and drive business decisions.



Job Description



  • Summary: Responsible for developing and executing data science solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
    • Develop and maintain statistical models to predict customer behavior.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.



Requirements



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Skills:

    • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
    • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
