Clio Manage, a flagship product of Themis Solutions, is seeking an experienced Product Visionary to lead its development and design. As the backbone of the legal operating system, Clio Manage has revolutionized how law firms operate, collaborate, and succeed in the digital era.

Leading the Charge

This strategic role demands a visionary leader who will unify the various components of Manage into a single, cohesive product line. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from refining the overall vision to strategic planning and execution. This includes ensuring that Manage not only meets its current market demands but also expands its reach and functionality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead efforts to enhance and unify Clio Manage, maintaining its position at the forefront of legal practice management technology.
  • Provide strategic oversight and aim setting, as well as hands-on management of Manage's product life cycle.
  • Build alignment across all functions of the business and drive innovation that builds upon Manage's market-leading status.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in product management and strategy development. A track record of building and growing high-performing teams is essential, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $204,000 to $255,000 CAD, with opportunities for variable pay based on company performance.
