Job Description

Job Title: Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Officers. As a member of the Canadian Army Reserve, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, leading a team of skilled technicians and maintaining and supporting all Army equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled technicians in maintaining and supporting all Army equipment
  • Provide specialized engineering knowledge and expertise to support the development and implementation of engineering solutions
  • Work in collaboration with other teams to ensure the effective maintenance and support of Army equipment
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering operations
  • Provide training and guidance to junior personnel

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. electrical or mechanical engineering)
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead others
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
