Job Title: HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide assistance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of personnel-related data, including payroll, personal information, and leaves
  • Liaise with other departments and functions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Support the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, and assisting in shortlisting
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures and schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events
  • Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Ability to work with ATS software and HRIS systems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
