Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items, such as salads, sandwiches, and snacks, according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Inventory Management: Restock supplies, including food, beverages, and paper products, as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced dining environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and repetitive tasks.
