We are seeking a skilled Luxury Hotel Revenue Strategist to join our team. This role will involve working closely with our hotel managers and revenue teams to optimize room rates, occupancy levels, and overall revenue performance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of luxury hotel operations, revenue management systems, and market dynamics. They should be able to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the revenue department for assigned hotels.
2. Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
3. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
4. Work closely with hotel teams to update and manage selling strategies for individual and group bookings across all distribution channels and reservation sources.
5. Monitor and control inventory, ensuring optimal availability and minimizing overbooking levels.
6. Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective promotions and loyalty programs that drive revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, with at least 2 years in a multi-property or cluster role.
3. Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and channel management software.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
