- Insurance Licenses: Hold a valid Property & Casualty license (OTL or RIBO) and be willing to obtain a Life license (LLQP).
- Education: A university degree or strong college performance is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
