Overview

Kenna is seeking a skilled Account Manager to lead our client solutions and enablement efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your experience and skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team to help clients meet business and program objectives by successful delivery of integrated, customized campaigns.
  • Contribute to full campaign execution and program development contributing to the growth and development of the account.
  • Successfully lead briefing meetings with cross-functional teams and ensure all work is strategically planned, executed, and delivered flawlessly, on time, and on budget.
  • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships for all marketing campaign/program delivery.
  • Support the Solutions Enablement Team with the development of creative briefs, marketing campaigns, communication strategies, and budget estimates as required.
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of client's business, objectives, products, programs, brands, competitors, strategies, etc.
  • Ensure effective integration of cross-functional teams ranging from creative, strategy, and data to meet client requirements and drive efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the broader Solutions Enablement Team to understand the digital landscape and platform integration that complements marketing communication efforts.
  • Oversee every element of the project throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage Client and Agency expectations, project scope, and risks.
  • Become a leader on the Solutions Enablement Team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Manage the timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications, agriculture, or science.
  • 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Agency experience is an asset or experience working with cross-functional teams.
